Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Under normal conditions, processing time will range from 1 to 14 business days. Delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time. If you receive a tracking number, please use it to monitor the delivery progress of your order.

We regret to inform you that our warehouse is not accessible to the public, and thus we do not provide a pick-up option.

Shipments returned to Amirah Collective marked as “Undeliverable as Addressed” or “Refused/Return to Sender” will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the order is reshipped to the customer. Refunds will only cover the purchase amount; shipping costs are non-refundable. For items needing to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be incurred.

Upon receiving your order, if you encounter any damage, missing items, or have concerns, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days. This will allow us to promptly address and assist you with any issues you may have.
